THIS RESEARCH DESCRIBE AN INVESTIGATION ON THE EFFECT OF SEBS-G-MA INCORPORATION AND MIXING SEQUENCE ON THE MORPHOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF POLYAMIDE 6/POLY (STYRENE-CO-ACRYLONITRILE)/POLY (STYRENE-B-(ETHYLENE-CO-BUTYLENE)-BSTYRENE) TERNARY BLEND. TO CATCH THIS GOAL, THREE DIFFERENT SAMPLES WITH VARYING CONCENTRATION RATIO OF SEBS/SEBS-G-MA WERE PREPARED. PHASE STRUCTURE AND SIZE OF DISPERSED PARTICLES WERE STUDIED. RESULTS SHOWED THAT, WHILE BLENDING OF PA6/SAN AND SEBS RESULTED IN THE FORMATION OF CORE/SHELL MORPHOLOGY, SEBS-G-MA INCORPORATION CHANGED THE PHASE STRUCTURE TO TWO MINOR PHASES DISPERSED SEPARATELY. OBSERVATIONS WERE ANALYZED BASED ON THE CHANGE IN THE INTERFACIAL TENSION OF PAIR POLYMERS.
